(St. Martinville, LA.)-Early this morning, Deputies with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office, conducted an outstanding felony warrant roundup throughout St. Martin Parish. This operation is one of the first of many initiatives that Sheriff Becket Breaux has to rid St. Martin Parish of criminal activity and to hold individuals who break the law, accountable for their actions. 

The following nine individuals were arrested on active felony warrants and charged as follows:

Cody Willis, 34, St. Martinville, LA.

  • Failure to Appear-Possession of Schedule II CDS (Warrant for Assumption Parish)

Daryl Mitchell 55, St. Martinville LA.

  • 1 count-LA. R.S. Statue 14:202.1 Home Improvement Fraud-Felony

Joseph Patin, 51, Henderson, LA.

  • 1 count-LA. R.S. 40:967:2 Possession With Intent To Distribute Counterfeit Schedule II CDS-Felony
  • 2 counts-LA. R.S. 40:967 Possession of Schedule II CDS-Felony
  • 1 count-LA. R.S. 40:969 Possession of Schedule IV CDS-Felony
  • 1 count-L.A. R.S. 40:1023 Prohibited Acts/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)

Timothy Walker, 52, St. Martinville, LA.

  • 1 count-LA. R.S. 14:35.3 Domestic Abuse Battery/Child Endangerment

Samuel Clawson, II, 42, St. Martinville, LA.

  • Failure to Appear-Failure to Register As A Sex Offender or Child Predator
  • Failure To Appear-Non Support

Brody Albert, 34, St. Martinville, LA.

Daniel Perrodin, 41, Breaux Bridge, LA

Anna Johnson, 38, Breaux Bridge, LA, 

  • 1 count-LA. R.S. 14:72.2 Monetary Instrument Abuse-Felony

Bobby J. Bergeron, 32, Breaux Bridge, LA.

  • 1 count-LA. R.S. 14:34 Aggravated Battery-Felony

Following their arrests, they were booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on the above charges.
