Two St. Martinville Residents Arrested On Drug and Weapons Charges - 2/13/2018 -

Two St. Martinville Residents Arrested On Drug and Weapons Charges

(St. Martinville, LA.)-This morning, following reports of suspected illegal drug activity, Agents with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division conducted a narcotics investigation at a residence in the 1000 block of LD Drive in St. Martinville, Louisiana. Following a consent to search the residence, Agents recovered methamphetamine, firearms, and drug paraphernalia.

Upon culmination of the investigation the following two individuals were arrested and charged as follows:

Harley Marie Bonin, 26, St. Martinville, LA

1 count-Prohibited Acts-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

2 count-Criminal Conspiracy

4 counts-Possession of Firearm Committing/Attempt Crime

1 count-Manufacture; Distribution; PWITD Schedule II Narcotics

1 count-Obstruction of Justice

Timmy Ray Guidry, 35, St. Martinville, LA

1 count-Obstruction Of Justice

2 counts-Criminal Conspiracy

4 counts-Possession of Firearm Committing/Attempt Crime

1 count-Prohibited Acts-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

1 count-Manufacture; Distribution; PWITD—Schedule II Narcotics

Following the investigation they were both booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on the above charges.
