Two Breaux Bridge Men Arrested On Multiple Drug And Firearm Charges

(St. Martinville, LA)- As a result of an ongoing investigation into the trafficking of illegal narcotics in Breaux Bridge, LA., yesterday, the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed a narcotics search warrant at a property located in the 1200 block of Clifton Angelle Road., Breaux Bridge. Following the execution of the warrant, Agents recovered a significant amount of illegal drugs (High grade marijuana, Methamphetamine, Powder Cocaine, Crack Cocaine, Suboxone, MDMA, Hashish and Alprazolam) along with two handguns.

Coty Rossyion, 35, and Dominic Martinez, 40, both of Breaux Bridge, were charged in connection with the recovered drugs and firearms. They were both charged as follows:

Possession Of Schedule II/Excess of 28 Grams (Cocaine HCL) (Felony)

Distribution/Manufacture or Possession With Intent of Schedule I CDS (Marijuana) (Felony)

Distribution/Manufacture or Possession With Intent of Schedule II CDS (Crack Cocaine Base) (Felony)

Possession With The Intent To Distribute Schedule III (Suboxone) (Felony)

Carrying Of Firearm By Convicted Felon (Felony)

Possession Of A Firearm In The Presence Of CDS (Felony)

Creation Of A Clandestine Laboratory (Felony)

Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)

Possession With Intent To Distribute Schedule 1 (Marijuana)

Possession Of Schedule 1 (MDMA)

Possession Of Schedule IV (ALPRAZOLAM)
