Three St. Martin Parish Men Arrested For Marijuana, Meth, Guns,

Body Armor and Stolen Property

(St. Martinville, LA)-This morning, following a report of possible illegal drug activity, Narcotics Agents and Detectives with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1000 block of Noel Dr. in Henderson, La.

Following the execution of the warrant, Agents recovered a significant amount of High Grade Marijuana and Methamphetamine, several firearms, which included a sawed-off shotgun. Investigators also recovered stolen property from the residence.

 

The following three men were arrested and charged as follows:

Llyod Tackett, Jr., 42, Henderson:

Possession with the intent to distribute Schedule I CDS (Marijuana)

Possession with the intent to distribute Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine)

Distribution of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine)

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Illegal Possession of Stolen Things

Unlawful use or possession of Body Armor

Illegal Carrying of a Firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous weapon

Possession of Firearm by a person convicted of certain felonies

Violation of uniform controlled substance law, drug free zone

Timothy Trahan, 44, Cecilia:

Possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine)

Violation of uniform controlled substance law, drug free zone

Terrance Senegal, 28, Cecilia:

Obstruction of Justice

Possession of Schedule I CDS (Marijuana)

Violation of uniform controlled substance law, drug free zone

Following their arrest, they were all booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on the above charges.
