NO WAKE ZONE DECLARED FOR LOWER ST. MARTIN (STEPHENSVILLE/BELLE RIVER) AND BAYOU TECHE IN UPPER ST. MARTIN

(St. Martinville,La.) Effective immediately, there will be a No Wake Zone for Lower St. Martin (Stephensville/Belle River) along with Bayou Teche in upper St. Martin Parish. The water level is high and boaters traveling at a high rate of speed have the potential to throw additional water into yards and homes along the Bayou.

This will be strictly enforced and violators will be cited. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
