Identity of Suspects Sought In Connection With Last Night’s Armed

Robbery of Cade Dollar General

(St. Martinville, LA.)-Shortly after 10:00 p.m. last night, Deputies with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a robbery at the Dollar General Store located in the 5000 block of Old Spanish Trail, St. Martinville. Upon further investigation it was learned that two armed black males entered the store and following threats of bodily harm to the clerks and one customer, proceeded to rob the business of an undetermined amount of currency.

Suspect number one is a black male who was wearing a dark colored hoodie, white t-shirt, blue jeans and his face was concealed with a dark material.

Suspect number two is a black male who was wearing a black hoodie and his face was covered with a white mask and he was wearing white socks on his hands.

Following the robbery, both suspects fled the store on foot, entered a vehicle, and then drove off in the direction of New Iberia.
