Breaux Bridge Man Arrested On Drug Charges - 3/31/2017 -

Breaux Bridge Man Arrested on Drug Charges

(St. Martinville, LA)-This morning, following an investigation into reports of suspected illegal drug activity, Narcotics Agents with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office along with the St. Martin Parish S.W.A.T. Team executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1200 block of Park Avenue in Breaux Bridge, LA. Agents obtained the search warrant following an undercover operation whereby a Narcotics Agent purchased illegal drugs from a man living at the residence. Following the execution of the warrant, Agents found Travis B. Jean-Lewis, 32, Breaux Bridge, in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

He was arrested and charged as follows:

Violation of Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substance Law Drug Free Zone

Possession of Schedule I CDS (Marijuana)

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Following his arrest, he was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on the above charges. At the time of this release, no bond had been set.
